This is part of what I saw, today, on the barrier island that I go to when in Florida. Shot taken around 10am. Started doing sit-ups on a dune, with my feet buried in the sand. Then I went for a swim. Water was colder than yesterday, which was refreshing, after walking in the swash and backwash for about 20 minutes each way. Also did some isometrics with a stretch band while waist deep in the ocean. Beach still pretty empty, despite it being Father’s Day.
Later, I took our day to the Intercoastal Waterway.
We finished up the day for a walk around the house, where we came across this specimen.
