
I am in my 60s, and way out of shape.
This section is a record of my progress going from a dangerously fat to fit — as I discussed here.
To get in shape, I moderate my food intake, and do exercises. Go bike riding when I can. Lift 20-30lb weights. Go SUP boarding here and here. And walk my dog a lot. .
My goal is to lose 70 lbs by the end of 2020, and regain as much flexibility as possible in my aging body.
